These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", or "your") and x8bet ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") governing all aspects of your access to and use of the x8bet website located at x8bet.today and all associated services, including sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games, and cashier functions.

By completing the x8bet account registration process, making a deposit, placing a bet, or by any other act of accessing or using the Platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the Platform in any capacity.

x8bet reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address associated with their account. The updated Terms will also be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

x8bet is strictly intended for adults. To register an account and use the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be 18 years of age or older. Underage gambling is strictly prohibited. x8bet applies a zero-tolerance policy to underage access.
• You must be accessing the Platform as an individual acting in your own personal capacity — not as a representative of a corporate entity or on behalf of any third party.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, consultant, director, or officer of x8bet or any affiliated entity, nor a close family member of any such person.
• You must not have previously been excluded or banned from x8bet or have had an account terminated for breach of these Terms.
• You must be acting in good faith, with your own lawfully obtained funds, and not in connection with any criminal enterprise, money laundering scheme, or fraudulent activity.

x8bet reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time, including but not limited to a national identity card, passport, or driver's licence. Accounts that cannot be verified as meeting the age requirement will be suspended immediately pending investigation. Any funds deposited by a player subsequently found to be under the age of 18 will be refunded to the original payment source after a review period, and no winnings generated during underage play will be paid out.

Each player is permitted to hold one single account on x8bet. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension and permanent closure of all associated accounts, forfeiture of all balances, and may result in permanent exclusion from the Platform.

When registering your x8bet account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile phone number, and a valid email address. You must update your account details promptly if any of this information changes. x8bet will not be held liable for any losses arising from inaccurate or outdated account information provided by the player.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username, password, and any one-time passcodes (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. You must:

• Choose a strong, unique password that is not used for any other website or service.
• Never share your login credentials with any other person, including x8bet staff — x8bet support agents will never ask for your password.
• Log out of your account at the end of each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
• Contact x8bet support at [email protected] immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

x8bet will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where the security breach was caused by your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials. All activity conducted through your account, whether authorised by you or not, remains your responsibility until such time as you have formally notified x8bet of a suspected breach and the account has been secured.

x8bet supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum transaction limits vary by payment method and account verification status and are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction.

Deposits: Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your x8bet account balance within minutes of a confirmed transaction. Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed by x8bet within 24 to 72 hours of submission, subject to identity verification requirements being satisfied. Mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically received by the player within 30 minutes of x8bet processing the request. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 additional business days depending on the receiving bank.

All withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified with valid identity documentation before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method in your own name. x8bet does not process third-party withdrawals.
• Any active bonus wagering requirement must be fulfilled in full before the associated bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• x8bet reserves the right to request additional verification documentation for withdrawals above ৳50,000.
• In cases where x8bet suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms, withdrawal requests may be held pending investigation for up to 30 days.

Deposits made to x8bet are intended solely for the purpose of betting and gaming on the Platform. x8bet accounts are not e-wallets and must not be used as a fund storage mechanism or for any purpose other than legitimate gaming activity.

x8bet offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotional events. All bonuses and promotions are subject to these Terms and any specific terms and conditions published alongside the individual promotion at the time of the offer. In the event of a conflict between these general Terms and a promotion-specific terms document, the promotion-specific terms shall take precedence for that promotion.

Wagering Requirements: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonuses awarded at x8bet are subject to a wagering requirement before the bonus balance and any winnings generated from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier for each promotion is stated clearly in the promotion terms at the time of the offer. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement requires ৳20,000 in qualifying bets to be placed before withdrawal is permitted.

The following rules apply to all bonus offers unless stated otherwise in promotion-specific terms:

• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, and per device.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements have been met in full.
• x8bet reserves the right to determine which games and bet types contribute to wagering requirements. Sports bets with odds below a stated minimum may not contribute, or may contribute at a reduced rate.
• Bonus funds expire if the wagering requirement is not completed within the stated validity period (typically 7 to 30 days depending on the offer).
• x8bet reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that players who have already opted into a promotion and commenced wagering are not unfairly disadvantaged.
• Any attempt to abuse bonus terms — including through multi-accounting, coordinated betting, or exploiting promotional mechanics in a manner not intended by x8bet — will result in bonus cancellation, forfeiture of any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.

All bets placed on x8bet's sportsbook and all wagers placed in casino games are subject to the specific rules applicable to that market or game type. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with those rules before placing a bet. By confirming a bet or initiating a game round, you accept the applicable rules in full.

Sports Betting: Pre-match and in-play bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed. x8bet reserves the right to suspend betting on any market at any time without notice, including during live events where data integrity cannot be assured. Bets accepted in error at clearly incorrect or erroneous odds may be voided at x8bet's discretion. For cricket markets covering BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures, official match results as declared by the relevant governing body will be used to settle bets.

Void Bets: A bet may be declared void and the stake returned in the following circumstances:

• The event to which the bet relates is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled and not rescheduled within a stated period.
• The bet was accepted at an obviously erroneous price due to a technical or human error.
• Integrity concerns regarding the outcome of the event are raised by the relevant sporting authority.

Casino and Crash Games: All slot games, live dealer tables, and crash games operate using certified random number generation (RNG) or live dealer systems supplied by licensed providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. The return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is available in the game information panel. x8bet is not responsible for game outcomes resulting from player error, misunderstanding of game rules, or device or connectivity issues on the player's side.

Dispute Resolution: If you believe a bet has been settled incorrectly, you must raise a dispute with x8bet support within 72 hours of the event result being published. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on x8bet. Any player found to have engaged in any of the activities listed below will have their account suspended or permanently closed, all balances forfeited, and any winnings voided. x8bet reserves the right to share information with relevant authorities where criminal conduct is suspected.

• Multi-accounting: Creating or operating more than one x8bet account for any purpose, including circumventing account restrictions or claiming multiple bonuses.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting promotional offers in a manner that is not consistent with genuine recreational gambling, including low-risk hedging strategies designed to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to manipulate game outcomes, exploit live dealer tables, or in any way gain an unfair advantage.
• Use of automated tools: Using bots, scripts, automated betting systems, artificial intelligence tools, or any software designed to give an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players.
• Money laundering: Using x8bet in any way to launder proceeds of crime, convert illegal funds, or as part of any financial transaction that violates applicable law.
• Fraudulent payment activity: Depositing funds using stolen, cloned, or fraudulently obtained payment credentials; initiating chargebacks on legitimate deposits; or any other abuse of the payment system.
• Match fixing and insider knowledge: Placing bets using material non-public information about the outcome of a sporting event, or in connection with any match-fixing or spot-fixing arrangement.
• Impersonation: Creating an account using another person's identity, or using another player's account without their explicit consent.

Closure by the Player: You may request the closure of your x8bet account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, x8bet will process the request within 5 business days. Any remaining balance in your account at the time of closure (net of any outstanding wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method. Suspension by x8bet: x8bet may suspend your account at any time and without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Suspected breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete required identity or age verification within the requested timeframe.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from your bank or mobile wallet provider.
• Receipt of a request from a law enforcement or regulatory authority.
• Suspicion of fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity as described in the Prohibited Conduct section above.

Closure by x8bet: x8bet may permanently close your account with or without notice if an investigation confirms a material breach of these Terms. In such cases, x8bet reserves the right to withhold some or all of your account balance pending the outcome of the investigation, and permanently withhold balances where the breach involved fraudulent or criminal conduct.

Dormant Accounts: An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. x8bet will notify you by email before applying a monthly inactivity fee of ৳100 (or the remaining balance if less) to dormant accounts. Inactivity fees will not reduce an account balance below zero. You may reactivate a dormant account by logging in and contacting support.

All decisions regarding account suspension or closure made by x8bet following an investigation are final. Players who wish to appeal a closure decision may do so by contacting [email protected] with supporting documentation. Appeals will be reviewed within 14 business days.
